| Skills Required: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in reading and interpreting drawings, blueprints and installation manuals. Technical aptitude for handling installation tools and equipment. |
| Job Responsibilities: – Modular Furniture Industry preferred. Responsible for overseeing the installation of modular furniture at client sites, ensuring the work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Plan and organize daily installation activities. Assign tasks, provide clear instructions, and monitor team performance. Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. Coordinate with project managers, factory, clients, and designers to ensure all requirements are understood and met. Review project specifications, floor plans, and installation guidelines. Inspect site conditions to ensure readiness for installation. Manage delivery and inventory of modular furniture components on-site. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the installation process. Provide updates on progress and address any concerns. Maintain detailed records of work performed, including daily reports, material usage, and any changes made during the project. |
