| Qualification: – BE mechanical/ diploma mechanical or equivalent |
| Job Responsibilities: – Modular Furniture Industry Preferred. Good understanding of GD and T drawing reading skills. Final Inspection with QMS system knowledge must with ISO document. Incoming material inspection and preparation report. Good knowledge of measuring instrument is Vernier, metal gauge, DFT meter. Knowledge of testing of components and making report are DFT test, Cross cut adhesive test, Bending test, load impact test and salt spray test. Identified defects like Powder coating defects, sheet metal defects welding defects. Presentation skill of CAPA. Good knowledge of Quality tools, CO2, spot welding, MIG welding, to reduce the consumer complaints and PPM level. |
